This son of a bitch wont answer any of his damn emails. I tried calling his ass about 15 times and it just shots me strait to his voice mail and it says that its to full. I am going to get ahold of ebay and pay pal if I don't hear from him buy the end of today, March 24th. This is fucked up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would too, it would make me have a peace of mind to know he at least acknowledges my concerns and lets me know he's working on it, rather than just avoid the calls/emails....what a bum!!! I WAS considering picking up a set of those UGLY a-arms, but now....hahahahahha, forget it! Sorry to hear about the problems you're having got1banshee, reporting to ebay and paypal would be your best bet for the moment. Everytime I call him at the other number that I just got, it says that his mailbox is full. Then asks if I want to leave a call back number and I have left a call back number 4 times now and nothing. He's probably just swamped with calls...no telling how many of them fu@ked up arms he sent out. No excuse, but I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. He'll probably call you tomorrow (wonder how demsy got through?) and if I were you, I would probably tell him that I'm pissed and I don't want my fu#ked up arms fixed, I want my money back. Tell him he can do it quick and quite...or you will go through paypal and then trash him everyday on the hq and every other atv forum out there. He'll cough up the loot. It was like an inch off (too close to the frame) and put the arms at a funky bad angle.
