jeffro189 Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 i have clamp on k&n filter with outer wears on my banshee, and i like to trail ride it and go through mud and stuff, but if any of that shit gets on filters it kills the engine. i have the stock air box with stock filter still, and alot of you say run it w/o th lid on it. will how do you gey the stock filter to stay in it with out the lid??? also is there a way to run the k&n and not worry about stalling engines?? please let me know!! brokemybanshee Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 To make the stock filter stay in place with the lid off just put a couple screws through the top of the white plastic piece and make sure they go through the airbox.
