jonnyrebel2004
Here's the deal. I just put a cool head, v-force II reeds on her, and re-jetted the carbs. Well I put her back together and started it up and it and it ran and ideled good, I was getting on it to take it for a test run down the driveway when it started reving up on its on, so I hit the kill switch and killed it. I started it again and it went to reving up again. I dont know what to do. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it? I leave for Little Sahara tomorrow night and i have to get it fixed by then. Any help is needed. Thanks Travis
banshee04le
Are your slides returning and in sync?

Wassup350
Make sure that there isnt any dirt in the slides and make sure they are in sync. Also take apart the throttle block and make sure that there is no dirt in it. Also go over it with some silicon and seal any holes that may let water and dirt in. I have had this problem also. I usually snap the throttle real quick and the slides go down and it stops revving, or i just kill it.
Fireman-hott
make sure your reed cages are tightened could be an air leak. still have the TORS? You sure the throttle cable isn't sticking? Too tired to think of anymore questions to ask.
badcompany
make sure your air adjustment screw is still there. Mine rattled out on the polaris and i crunk it up in gear. It ran into the woods and ruined my week old paintjob.

If you don't get it figured out, look me up down there this weekend & I'll help ya figure it out. I'm pretty sure the plan is on Friday at 12noon we're going to meet up outside the south campground entrance; meet everyone & ride for a while...and again on Saturday, same time for those who can't make it Friday. Gunna be a blast. Hope to see ya there.

fixitrod
Also sounds like you may have water on the carbs. Do you let it sit outside in the moisture or ran or did you happen to wash it before you rode it.
