Question About Dvd Recorders

Recommended Posts

I installed my new dvd recorder and every time I try to burn a dvd it says it is copywrited and it wont burn. I know there is a program that will allow me to make "backup copys" of my dvd collection but I dont know what it is. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks

you need a dvd ripper duno where to get one but you can download one from some place i'm sure

i don't think its stupid that they can sue you for downloading music just think about it say you started a buisness selling somthing you invented no one else makes it and one day a lil midget comes to your office with a magic cloneing machine and makes millions of copys of your product and starts handing them out for free now your making no money because this stupid midget came and gave your product out for free

now just think how pissed you would be about that ;)

You either need DVD Xcopy like they said. Or get DVD Decrypter and DVD shrink. Two great Free programs! TechTV Has the Download links Just go pick them up there! Basically you rip the DVD to your hard drive using DVD Decrypter and then get rid of all the extra crap with dvd Shrink. Then burn to a DVD-/+R with whatever program you use. I like NERO!
