got1banshee
First off I he email me back telling me that they ship out 15-25 arms a day that they made a few mistakes. I can understand that mistakes do happen. As far as Gary never making mistakes, THATS BULL SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There isn't a single person on this earth that doesn't , hasn't or is going to make a mistake. I agree that 360 bucks for chromaly a arms with a lifetime warrenty is great for a beginer. If he fixes his mistake and backs up his product then cool deal, that the important part. I own and operate my own company and I make mistakes also but I will drop what I am doing to fix my mistake. Thats call customer service and I am starting to find out that this guy with these ugly a arms has good customer service.
theeechozen1
whatever floats your boat or finds your lost remote...those arms will work (with the proper shock mounts of course) but I am doubting you could beat Gary's service. he told me the only problems he has had with his arms is when someone hits a tree or telefone poll hauling ass, and he makes ya a new one anyways. Plus he even offered for me to bring my bike over and he would set them up for me. There is alot of banshee motorheads on here that will speak very highly about his products as well. to me an extra 150 clams is worth a piece of mind that some jackass didnt build my chit. MULLET~BOY
i'm not trying to bash the ugly aarms at all and that was verry profesional of him to replace them but its silly to make a mistake like that now i'm not going to say gary has never made a mistake but he took the time to make sure evry thing was built correctly befor he put his product on the market and yes his products are gurentted 100% even the dumby that hit a tree got his aarms replaced love to see lsr do that lol
demsy
ugly's are the same way 100% replaced no matter what,, no qestions ask, including the tie rods, im sure everyone warrantys the rods but they dont advertise it... its the same product but at a lesser cost. they both use 120 chromemoly tubing, Gary might weld them better cause maybe he's been doing it for 20 years while charlie maybe 10, thats where experiance comes in, i think for charlie starting out hes coming out strong... we'll see in a few years where they are... its beating a dead horse whos better.. if you want to start slow go with ugly arms if your a high baller and want to spend the extra money for better welds or what ever is better than get garys arms... from the pics i seen on the site i didnt see much differance on welds... so a side by side comparison is needed. any takers
got1banshee
All this is a never ending battle. Its like a bunch of people comparing ford with chevy and some people think dodge is better than ford or chevy. I bet most of the people here that are bashing Ugly a arm probably never even seen the a arms let alone used them.
erbilabuc
just cus you spend a gazillion dollars doesnt make anythng better then the other. Can we leave this alone? If I got a set of Quicksand a-arms for free, are they still not any good because I didnt spend 500+ dollars? I mean they are even less money then lucky and lucky(according to some) are pieces of shit because they arent high dollar! point made
NAXbansheeman11
No one said anything about the price really i thought that 500 was kinda cheap for a-arms . i think the uglys are an awsome price i just don't like them. And its not true that the more u spend the better all of us know that lsr proved that point 750 for a set of their race a-arm and they are shit i broke 2 sets. But i know jesseen a-arms i right up there and they are really good so it really just wut people like.
efward
Are those arms fully adjustable? Quicksand arms are fully adjustable and that ended up being the deciding factor for me.
