scotts96fast
If you would add +4 timing with the 155 PSI.Would that change the octane?
Ducman
If you would add +4 timing with the 155 PSI.Would that change the octane? No, you putting race fuel in the tank would through! God damb I'm being such a smart ass right now. Maybe I better head back to the roosting room. Ans: Yeah, I'd say with +4 go to 1/2 race 1/2 pump to be safe, but I know I've heard a lot of people running 93 pump with 155psi and +4, too close for comfort for me though. Yeah, probably too close for me also with the advanced ignition.
scotts96fast
Ok I feel a little better now.I was thinking the same with the above comments.even thou I'm at 150 PSI, that gotta be on the edge. I know the power curve with +4 is pretty good. What about +2 timing at 150PSI?So far I could not find some old post from bancetta when he did his dyno runs. Toomey Banshee
155 without the timing advance is right on the edge. With the timing advance I would run half race and half pump.
