sredish
What tools do you need to bore out the cylinders? Or where could/should you take it to bore out the cylinders? A big fucking drill bit. Nah, take to a local machine shop that is reputable in boring cylinders, or send it to Passion Racing or someone similar and let them do it for you. trail rider
engine braking with a 2 stroke. Say there is this really long and fairly steep hill (maybe about 800-900 ft long) that you have to go down. Would it be okay to just put it in 1st gear and just coast down the hill, letting the motor slow you down instead of using the brakes the whole way down. No, bad idea. your trying to ride it like a 4 stroke, "engine braking" is not a term associated with 2 strokes. Id recommend going down the hill in a higher gear like 4th or just throw it in nuetral. What you really aughta do is, put it in 3rd gear, stand up on the pegs, position yourself rearward on the quad and ride it down the hill.... get on the gas and burn down the hill. No drifting, no engine braking, no putt putt'in down... your riding a banshee not a 110 3 wheeler. J/L of course
