I'm heading to the dunes in a week and a half and my right float keeps sticking. When I pull off the bowl, i can hear it pop loose, and then its fine. I ride for half an hour and its stuck again. I checked the float, valve, bowl, I cant find any problems, but I would like to get this corrected before I go to the dunes. Can someone tell me what might be wrong?

well something in there is making it stick. its either crud between the needle and seat or the hinge in binding somewhere. take it apart and blow out the carb with an airhose, be meticulous and make sure you get all the dirt out. MIine did the same thing and it was a very tiny piece of fuzz (and i mean tiny) tuck between the needle and seat. cleaned it up good, reassembled and worked ever since. its really not a big deal. If your mechanically inclined its a 20 minute job including removing and reinstalling the carb.
