ALLABOUTTHEBANSH Posted March 15, 2004 Report Share Posted March 15, 2004 Im in devestation ville at the moment as on the weekend i mixed my fuel with a/filter oil and added about 3/4's of a tank to my existing 1/4 tank...I went for 3 x 30 min rides b4 i discovered my sillyness....Any advise on what this may have done to my engine???...and im guessing ill need to fully drain tank and fuel system and start again... Don't we all do stupid shit? Drain everything and and get the new fuel in it. Depending on what ratio you normally use, you might consider using a little more oil now. The existing 1/4 tank might have really helped you out and kept it from locking altogether, but I don't really know.
