locogato11283
once you quit working out one of these days arent all those things you are taking gonna have a bad effect on you?? i always thought cell tech and those things wasnt real muscle. just some fake shit to help you get bigger. banshee04le
Yeah, it takes many many years of smart and consistant training to gain quality muscle mass that you can keep. Cell Tech is just creatine with a "transport" which is basically just sugar. Creatine will make you a little bigger but it is just mostly water retention in the muscles. You gain a little strength on it also but it is gone when you stop taking it. You don't need that shit, but drink at least 1 full gallon of water every day if you are going to take it, or you will suffer the maladys of dehydration. dnhyoung
How many inch's are your arms in diamater? I want to compare mine to all the people on the site? My forearms are 14 and upper arms 17 No offense, but my arms are 14" at the forearm, and 18" at the Bicep, and all I do is go to work everyday as an electrician, and try to eat right. Ya, I could stand to loose a few around the middle, but like everyone else has said, you've got to change your lifestyle, not rely on a miracle out of a bottle!!!! MILO
just what do you guys consider small, or big enough? i'm about a 16" upper arm and easily a 46" chest. i've always considered myself on the small side, and i don't think another 1" in my arms would make me be considered a ripped, ass kickin guy. i'm 6' and about 210, and in decent shape. maybe i'm just used to all the big farm boys around here, who you can tell didn't get their mass from a bottle. $400 a month! dude you need to forget that, and spend some time farming and make an extra several hundred $$ a month rather than blowing it, and get the look you want. by the way, i've never gone to a gym, or gotten into lifting weights at home either. 2004LEBanshee
Good luck man if you wanna be lee then keep working. Dont worry about the body mass now. If you like lee then you already know before he cuts for a show he is fat. IT's what you have to do too get big quck. Because when you cut you will lose muscle too. As for the cell tech there right. I prefer Nitro tech because of the Protein. But I never took anything but Whey protien and D-Bol. Whick I dont advise

trail rider
$400 in suplements? dang man, why not just pump iron the old fashioned way and get useful muscle? This is the best way to get big. It will take a while but you will be big and strong enough to back it up. I am 17 yrs old, 5'6 and 140 lbs. I have been lifting for about 2 yrs now and I can bench 245. People tell me that is very good for my size. And I have never taken anything in my life. PS. If you wanna get a bigger forearm than all you gotta do is
Cotton eyed Joe
I am 6'3 and weigh 248 JESUS CHRIST! I'm 6'2" (I think) and about 200-205 in the pics from Roostfest. Biceps are about 17.5 and forearms are around 13" Its been a while since I've measured. I've been mostly trying to gain size in my legs, and concentraiting on another business. I plan on refocusing on the bodybuilding side of things in the next few months. The $400.00 in suppliments is worth it to me anyway. I used to spend that much on protein alone. Not anymore though. Now its chicken and steak. The best thing you can do is eat. You don't want to get fat of course, but I notice that when I eat consistantly I get stronger and bigger, but I look my best just before I start to gain fat. Its hard to constantly readjust your feeding too, so I go in cycles of about 6 months of eating whatever, and 6 months of eating clean. I did go over a year this last year of eating because I wanted to heal from my banshee wreck, and also gain some size on my legs. Now I'm trying to cut it back slow, but still lift in the same manner. One thing you might want to try is cycle your work outs. 2 weeks of 4-6reps (3-4 sets) of as much weight as you can do for that amount of reps. then 2 weeks of 10-12, then 2 weeks of 18-20. Honestly the 18-20 about kills me. I'll curl 20lbs for 20 reps and my arms feel like they are going to fall off. I'm no expert by anymeans, but just some advice on what I think works. 00BANSHEE
Hey Trick2stroke, Until you get your bench do some military presses and tricep extensions with your curlbar. A good tricep will makeup 2/3 of your upper arm measurement and also get you prepared for when you get the bench press. All this talk is going to get this old man back to hitting the iron again. THOR1
I agree with cottoneyed joe. I found the best results when I shock the body. Change up your workout. Eat small meals throughout the day and drink lots of water. Good luck!
bigboybanshee
Shocking the system in my opinion worked best. When I first started to work out I had a buddy tell me to do that and I dropped 10% body fat in 2-3 months. I used to be WAY overweight and overall I dropped 90 pounds in 6 months; sounds kinda crazy but I was in the gym almost 5 days a week doing reps of 25-30 with half to 3/4 of my maximum weight. Then I'd hop on a bike and ride it for a half hour or so to keep the cardio up. You definitely want to eat right, and eating less more frequently is better than eating one or two big meals a day; helps to keep your metabolism going at a constant rate. I myself am definitely no expert, just know what worked for me. Good luck!
