MotulMonsta
So long as it doesn't enter the airbox, you should be fine. If you do frequent water crossings, make shure all your electrical connections are good. Also after time, the water will seep past your seals..particularly your bearing carrier and wheel hubs. But the worst it will do is corrode the bearings...we are talkin' years here so it's just somthing to keep an eye on.
nickxc
your shee can go through as much water as your fathers 4 smoke. Either one will have the same issues if you get water into the air box your in trouble no matter which quad your on. same thing with the bearings, his will let in as much water as yours will unless its some big utility quad or sumthin. ttyl
Holyman
I never go in water over the footpegs. If a 2 stroke has an exhaust leak at the pipe and the jug, it's much easier to get water into the engine. Just go around it.
thecabinboy
With my open pod filters I avoid water like the plauge. Plus its hard on the seals and bearings. but here in AZ its not a real problem as much as the dust.
