Zac
Does anybody have any experience with any aftermarket radiators? If so how have they worked for you? Have you noticed a large drop in running temp?
DUNEDEMON
I've got a PWR radiator in my bike, no problems at all, fit great to which I was skeptical about, 30% more cooling than the standard radiator, the bike never gets above 190 F no matter what I do. sierrabanshee
I have the PWR radiator too and i love it, the quad never gets hot, looks great what else would you want? I had to trim my radiator plastic cover to fit mine but that was my choice, I did not want the plastic to rub on the radiator.
DUNEDEMON
Sorry I should have mentioned that I have Fullbore Plastics - no rubbing issues.

wesw
i have a toomey rad. right now it liek 40 deg out i have a piece of card board about 5 in tall covering most of my rad so i will warm up. now it gets to about 120 it used to run only 90 deg. now when we go to the dunes in 90 deg weather, mine will run about 160 -180 while the others with stock are at 190+ and having to stop to cool it down well worth it but expensive :flame:
