Hockey390
I will see what I can do! I really want to go, only problem is I dont have paddles.. I'm thinking of buying them but ive never been on the dunes before, and if I dont go enough I dont want to spend the money if they wont be used. ANyone going that has a spare set I could use for the weekend? Or will my maxxis razr's work.? I know people that go in regular tires, i know they dont work the same, but will they make my riding crappy?

banshdog
Yeah there is a huge difference, but riding on the flats isnt so bad, and ur bike will still make it up all the hills.

Bensshee
If you don't have a spark arrestor the DNR will not let you in. There is no riding double. If you girlfriend doesn't have a bike just bring the truck out on the dunes and switch on and off with the shee.

I think I would rather leave her home then let her drive either of my toys! in fact, i would MUCH rather do that. Not to mention I wouldnt trust her with my shee, probably would break it intentionally because I spend more time working on it then i do being with her
Minkia38
do what we have been doing for a while - put some duct tape 1/2 way up your flag - if you see someone with ducttape on flag pole, just flag em down or go chase em, youll know they are from HQ
fixitrod
Minkia38, will you guys be staying at the same place?
Brian G
I will be there with a buddy, staying at the Silver sands, I will be in a Yellow ZR2 s10 with 2 banshees one is black and grey with a 6 inch over arm and the other one is a white and yellow shee, dont forget to Fly that duct tape!!! As for the sound level, I have heard that it was lowerd again but to what I dont know. But I do know a secret to get the DB down, when you pull up to the DNR station pull you choke out to the first notch it will make the bike run like shit but boy does it quiet it down!!!!! and when you get back on entrance road push it in!!!
