If I were on the receiving end of some jackass throwing a balloon filled with oil at my car, they'd be eating the curb and I'd make sure they would never be able to use that throwing arm again! Naw, im just kidding, I only throw it at the retarded and handicaped in the mall, I use it to greese the raps so they dont' catch any traction its fun to watch them try to get up them.
