Banshee33
Are they acurate? I want to get one.
fixitrod
I think it's the best and easiest way to measure the oil. There only $3 or $4.
Ducman
More accurate than trying to read the # of ounces of oil left in the quart of premix oil through the window in the side of the container. I think they are about as close as you can or need to get. Typically the larger amount of fuel you mix at once the more accurate it will be but it is sometimes it is more convienient to be able to mix one gallon at a time and there will always be slight inacuracies but they are un detectable and negligible. sredish
I use the Maxima mix bottle. I like it cause it's not as bulky as the ratio rite, and the cap seals nice and makes easier for transporting. Many times I've had it in my cupholder on the way to the gas station. Couldn't do that with a ratio rite. It's also under 4 bills.

Meat
I use a ratio rite cup too. What I dont like about em is you have to measure twice when your mixing for 5 gallons of gas. You can only mix 2-1\2 gallons at a time, so you have to pour the oil in the cup twice to have enough oil for 5 gallons of gas. the maxima cup looks like it can hold more oil than a ratio rite cup. If the maxima cup held enough oil for 5 gallons of gas, id buy one.
itsaripper
Hey Meat Try some Amsoil. 50 to 1 is 13 oz. in five gallons and its red when your finished, so later you know it was mixed gas. Also very little build-up on the piston.
nater006
I just have an old stainless steel measuring cup. Its got markings for 1/2 cup on it also so its really easy to get a pretty accurate mix. Plus it rinses out easy with gas Plus it was free
