northshore03
its finaly come time to rebuild the top end, so well im at it i want to really mod the motor up. So whats better to bore or stroke? the bore is straight forward, but what do you need to buy to stroke the motor, and how much does it cost? yamaha350
4mm is the cheapest stroker to build. you can just drop it in with no case mods. anything after that the cases needs to be trenched. you will need to have the cylinders ported for the stroke for best performance. i would recomend shortys racing for your rebuild. he does great work and he is super fast. cost all depends on how much you want to build. i would call around to shops and talk to them for there price. frocashmoney24
depends on money, if u dont have 1000 bucks to do a stroker then i think ur stuck with a bore, but im sure anyone on here will tell u that making it a stroker is the best thing theve done

MotulMonsta
Bore the bitch. Stroking is too expensive.
yamaha350
dont bore it unless you have to. you will not gain enough horsepower to waist all those bores. ONLY BORE IT IF IT IS NEEDED.

I'm asking 'cause I don't know, but I'd have a funny feeling unless I knew where the crank came from.
