dirtbike killer Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 I'm about to make a grill for my shee, and some friends. I am the fab manager at a sheet metal shop. We have laser punch combo nc's, so I can make any design out of metal. This comes in handy since I'm trying to get my own shop going. If you guys can come up with some cool designs, I will make some grills. I'm looking for maybe two or three different designs. I dont want to do to many different ones, because it takes me a while to program these. But once I do, I can make as many as I want. I already ran it past the owner and he's cool with it. I will be using .05 ( 18ga ) alum that will be grained. Tonight I'm going to start working on the stock banshee looking one. So lets see some ideas. It is pretty simple if you have any kind of fabricating skills. I made my own out of some aluminun that had tiny holes punched in it.
