I went to put on the pipes(right side) and noticed that the lower rad hose was was coming in contact w/ the pipe. I also noticed that the hanger holes(top of pipe and frame) didn't line up.

The instruction (if you can call 'em that) didn't really say anything other than "these pipes can not be used w/ stock silencers....

#1 do i have to reroute the rad hose?

#2 did the holes not line up cause i'm using the factory hanger bracket, or

maybe i didnt have the pipe positioned right, or?????

any advice on this one???

I did a search, but couldn't find anything related....if there is something and i over looked it, I'm sorry.. :( ...it's late....

I have the gnarlies and I have the same radiator hose problem and I have heard of many others with fatties and gnarlies that do too. I got a piece of 1" radiator hose and split it down the middle and zip tied it around the radiator hose for protection. So far it hasn't got hot enough to melt or do anything to the sacraficial hose piece so it seems to work well. You may have to bend the hanger that is atached to the pipe some to get it to fit but it should work. I didn't have a problem with that. You are connecting the head pipe on first , then the the pipe hanger, then the silencers right?

as soon as i saw i was gonna have a problem w/ the rad hose i took the head pipe off....I didnt wanna play (connect / move anything around)w/ it till i found out if was nessary to do..., but yeah that's the order i'm going to mount it..

Thanks for the tip...I'm gonna try the "sacraficial hose"......

one other thing...the (long) spring that holds the right and left head pipe, that wont be used on the Fatty's, will it?
