99screaminshee Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 tell me isnt this a magical day i spent 4 hours in a pond today (not swiming its still a lil cold for that here) but searching for my stolen 300ex yes it was stolen out of my garage 2 weeks ago i called the cops and they saidm theyd look around so yesterday i get a call we found ur stolen atv i was happy to say the least when i went to pick it upo they said well its not here i said where is it they take me to a pond full of junk, tires, algea, smelly mud, etc,etc so i said how can it be in here they said it was cut up so today i started wading around in the pond i found the frame 8 pieces 1 side of a arms and spindle and a few other things where is the rest of it u ask well from what the cops told me it was @ a local shop hmmm they said since they found it in a raid i will not get it returned to me wtf no motor no fenders no seat no rear end so rite now im left with a pile os shit yes a large pile of smelly muddy cruddy SHIT oh and no my insurance did not cover it so i guess im goin to build sumthin out of whats left maybe but if u want any smeely muddy cruddy parts let me know because i have an abundance of them thanx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

locogato11283 Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 i think your insurance is supposed to cover it. did you have full coverage or what? it should even be covered under homeowners insurance shouldnt it? if they try to screw you takethem to court. insurance companies are fuckin crooks. i totalled my 01 banshee and tore up my predator pretty bad and claimed both. they paid up quick. i figure, whats the point of payin for it if im never gonna use it? SICK BOY Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 I think he's talking about his home owners insurance.I had a dirt bike ripped of about 13 years ago and the home owners insurance wouldn't cover it because it was a "motor vehicle".Ever since then I have had insurance on all my toys.
