roosthrower
I was checking out the porting 103 section on offroadhaven.com and this stuff is mind blowing. It's not just going in there and making stuff bigger. There is a ton of science behind it. Does anyone know what I can go in and do on my banshee safely with a dremel tool? Would it be safe for me to widen the exhaust ports a couple millimeters? Anything that I can do for my intake ports?
banshee tuner
If you want to do it yourself and still be on the safe side spend 89 dollars on the race logic porting templates.
Hiram
I second the racelogic porting kits, I use them and have done a few already and the dremel is good if you have the flex shaft, but I just started using a mini-die grinder for the rough cuts and then the dremel for the fine touches. You will need sanding disks as these are what really give you the nice finish you want.
Nighty
Offroadhaven.com?? Hmm ill need to check that out. But the race logic porting is said to be a dune port job right? More for the high revs?
