banshe98
i've got fmf fatty gold series pipes and silencers, a pro design air intake w/lid removed, an aftermarket head and I also think there is some internal engine work done. I'm running 280 mains and stock pilots. The quad runs awesome but it doesn't take off as quick as I would like. Just wondering if I should go up to a 27.5 pilot jet. thanks for any help. Banchetta
Try raising the needles one notch...Fmf pipes really like a richer needle and helps the low end a lot.....Do one thing at a time. Also try adusting the air screws....If your still not satified, then try a 27.5 and go from there....Might help or get worse, but you'll know....I haven't seen a shee w/ fmf like larger pilots yet, but there is a first for everything....
