ledofthezep
I do! Have saved my ankles probably more times than I can count too.
kenr74
Yep, my nerfs have save me a few times too. I figure they are like a helmet. Hopefully you won't need them but they are nice to have around.
DUNEDEMON
I don't care for the way "nerfs" look, so I use theese (IMS pegs / guards)
sredish
I don't care for the way "nerfs" look, so I use theese (IMS pegs / guards) It also helps to have IMS in your back pocket.
Lepew
Fools jump dunes without. I was a fool twice, at least I didn't break anything but I got a foot peg up the shin while a paddle beat my heel. I run stock protection but I'm working on getting those new A/C nerfs. I don't like the look of nerfs but I like air.
Cotton eyed Joe
Ive never run nerfs. Just don't like the looks. Im sure they work well, but I think it would feel like having these 2 big wings hanging off my bike, and kind of throw off the lines of all that plastic I cut off. DirtGrrl
I do..Banshees eat legs for breakfast.
DUNEDEMON
It also helps to have IMS in your back pocket. You are killing me sredish, they are not in my pocket, nor do they force / pay me to run their products. Yes I have friends at IMS, but they produce a quality product. As far as I am concerned the set up I have gives greater protection from the tire than a set of nerfs would.
Josh A.
and because on some (sand bikes..Drag bikes) when the back tires are so far out there we cant get our legs caught,I got a plus 8,so they wouldnt help me,there ugly and heavy
yamiboy
i run them in the sand or dirt. doesnt matter. i think the drag banshees dont cuz the dont go hit jump and get air like most on this board that have nerfs. they have saved my ankles a few times and while i watch my friends get their legs caught under their tires doing something stupid i know im safe from that.
