Ive always had the WORST customer service when trying to get any part for my bike or any work done. Trinity started out as a nightmare too. I ordered the single carb kit from them on friday. They told me itd be here on tues. Tues rolled around and..nothing..and no money had been taken out of my acct. I called and the manifold had been on backorder. No one had called though to tell me..i had made plans based on the arrival date.. I freaked because i had some big plans for the banshee this weekend. I assumed, like everyone else I seem to deal with, that shitty customer service was about to happen and I was shit out of luck. They really came thru tho. I told them I had plans and really needed that carb before the weekend..A guy named Aaron put up with me calling every 10 damn minutes..searched and found a manifold (i think it was someone elses?? lol) to send me and overnighted it for me..they were also full for apologies for the mixup. I didnt pay for the overnight shipping either. I just wanted to let everyone know how cool that really was. I needed it this weekend and they made sure I had it. Anyone can just send u parts and hope nothing ever goes wrong..but you only seem to find out how decent a company really is when you have an issue with them. Even though there was a mistake, they stepped right up and made it right by me. That means alot to me and ill definately be lurking on their website for more stuff to buy Just had to post because ive done my share of complaining about "bad" deals from companies..its my turn to pay back for a good deal.. tonie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know my wife can always seam to get a discount on parts or get better service on buying stuff and I pay full price and get the tuff luck story when my stuff is on back order or something. When we have to take a car in for servce or repair they try to rip her off her through and they dont try to pull any fast ones on me. So i emailed them telling them my problem and they sent me a new one and told me to keep the other one free. Just thought i'd post my similar experience.
