i am a problem that is prolly simple but i am overlooking it. I just got done doing a top end rebuild on my shee and now i can't get it to start. It ran when i tore it down. Now i am getting no spark. I pulled the plug and set it against the block and kicked it over with my hand and i was getting nothing. Is there anything that connects to the gas tank other than the gas line? Any suggestions would help...thanks

I had the exact same problem after I rebuilt my motor it ran be4 but after no spark, and I fould out my cdi was went bad, you might wanna check all your switch's stator, coil, and your wiring harness first though, but you probley just left something unhooked hopefully, just check all that stuff with a pocket tester and get back with us and tell us what you fould I would really like to know.

Yup sounds like it might be electrical. Try getting spark from your plug cap? If u get no spark there make sure all your connections are correct. Also do you have your run and off switch still installed? The gas tank is one way in one way out! In the spout out the petcock. CDI maybe, but It worked when you took it apart so.....

Good Luck.
