sandbuzzard
I was just reading the post My launch sucks...Some good tips that i am going to try. I my self am new at drag racing these things and would like to do it more. My problem is also the launch. Can you guys give me any pointers on revving and clutching at take off. Either i slip the clutch too long and have to play catch up down the track or i get pre-mature and end up popping the clutch and standing the thing on it's tail end. I can't find an happy medium. Don't laugh but I getting ready to by my third set of clutch's with in about a year's time. I am not a stupid person but i can't get this figured out for the life of me.........frustrated!!!!! bkabina
Just buy a lock-up clutch.Run tall gears. When you launch, pin it and dump it.
sanddragbanshee
you need to put the lock-up clutch kit and get you a longer swingarm that way you can dump the clutch and just hang on.
