They tend to weld the shock mount to high and you end up having to cut 1/2 the dogbone off just to get the bolt in place. Personally I'd go elsewhere until Dave seperates himself from Steve... and gets his swingarms straightened out... Took 2 times to get my +6 right and the same w/ my +4. The +6 used to hit the shock spring and the +4 the shock mount is located wrong... Go w/ Stan (cotten eyed joe aka DuneDevil Inc) or Quicksand... banshee370 Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 They just swapped out swingarms... Problem is one I had sent out for Show chrome and THEN found out it was AFU... They sent me a replacement that was RE-Chromed w/ the chrome pealing already (just so you know, you cant chrome a dirty-used swingarm) My suggestion is to deal w/ Dave ONLY...
