I bought a house in '99 that was nearly identical to what I moved out of when I was 24 (parents house) with a whopping 1100 sq feet. The garage is a dimley lit dungeon that houses only the snowblower, mower, and 2 stroke weed eater. It was built in '55, and is in a less than wonderful neighborhood. Costs around $140 to heat in the coldest months too. Almost bought a new 3000 sq foot abode with a 2 car...er...8 Banshee garage 2 years ago, but things kinda turned bad, then turned to shit altogether.
