silveradohd
They are not bad, but I think for the money you could get something else. You will feel better throttle response.
sredish
I like mine. I think they gave me great throttle response and helped emphasize the midrage power I wanted. Many people have different opinions on these reeds, as you'll find in a search.
Meat
IMO, they're the best reed cages you can buy. Iv had em in my engine for the past 3 years, I just tore my top end down and found my V-force reeds in perfect shape. Not a single chip, no tattered edges, PERFECT SHAPE with 3 years of abuse. Here's some pics I took... NO THEY R GARBAGE THEY CAUSED MY BANSHEE TO DROP A RING ON A 2 WEEK OLD PISTON ALSO THE REEDS WERE A FEW WEEKS OLD We're all entitled to our opinions but..... there's no way that set of reeds, was the complete and total cause for your engine damage. Im sure there's more to your story.
die_infidel
How can a reed drop a ring?? If you just put the piston in is it possible improperly installed rings or setup did it? Well anyway I found them to be the best with noticeable results. I have them in my snowmobiles and the shee. They maybe a little pricey i'll admitt, but in the end i think it's worth it. I just checked the set i've had in for 3 years in my sled and still look brand new no wear of any kind yet.
