i have a prodesign coolhead and my spark plugs keep coming lose when i'm riding and then there's all this black shit (oil) i guess all over my head and i tighten them every half hour i have vito's 404, mild port, coolhead 18cc domes custom cut for 94 octane, t5's, k&n no lid do anyone know why the plus keep coming lose or what i can do?

also know that i put all that stuff on which i did all at once antifreeze is coming out of these 2 tube behind the right side of the radiator and i know its not overheating cause its no coming out the overflow or steaming and i'm only running for like 4 mins and i thought it was air so i flushed it and it still happened again u think that theres to much pressure from all the stuff i did that i'm gonna need the oversized radiator?

Are your spark plugs loose after you tighten them (can you wiggle them a little)? If you can't then your probably detonating and that is causing your plugs to back out. Try higher octane gas and see if it still happens (NO OCTANE BOOST!!!! get some race gas!) How tight are you tight are you tightening those plugs?

I'M TIGHTENING THEM PRETTY GOOD SO U THINK I SHOULD RUN RACE GAS CAUSE I DID A COMPRESSION TEST AND FIRST IT WENT TO LIKE 190 BUT I LET GO OF THE TROTTLE THEN DID IT AGAIN AND GOT 160 BUT I THINK I MIGHT NEED RACE GAS TOO. I'LL TRY THAT PUT WHAT ABOUT THE RADIATOR PROBLEM ANY IDEAS IS THERE A SPECIAL WAY OF FILLING IT BACK UP LIKE FILL HALF LET THE MOTOR RUN THEN THE OTHER HALF.

IDK PUT IT KEEPS COMING OUT THE 2 TUBES BEHIND THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RADIATOR.

Are your domes for Big Bore bikes? You probably want to have them cut to 20cc or larger since your compression is very high. You should be running 110+ race gas... no mixing with pump. Your over heating because of your detonating problem. First off try very high octane race gas. If that doesn't solve your problem get new domes that will lower your compression to 170-180 range for 100 octane gas. If you want to run pump gas you should be down in the 150-160 range.

vito's told me 24cc big bore domes for 94 octane, anything smaller and its racegas time. With as much compression your running, you better feed it racegas right now.

Can someone explain to me how someone cuts 18cc domes for 94 octane pump gas ??

You have to just rechamber the dome to have a greater volume. You do have to dial in the squish band as well.

whats the point in buyin 18cc domes and rechamber'in them into something like 22cc domes, just buy the 22cc domes right  ??? Im confused.

meat:

The sqush could be set wrong w/ an off the shelf 22c dome. My last motor builder had me get him blank domes and he cut them to basicly a 16cc or 17cc w/ a diff squish. running 190# compression on pump gas is just asking for trouble. I would start w/ 110 octaine. Most "off the shelf" domes are set for pump gas on a stock motor... Once you go bigbore or porting where your intake/exhausts ports are altered, as with your transfers, you almost have to go to a custom dome. Otherwise you risk detonation (at worst) or a loss in performance.

Smokin350:

Did you advance your timing at all either? When ever doing a compression check.. make sure you hold the throttle wide open while kicking and dont stop until the guage stops moving. Your also overheating from running lean/detonation. It sounds to me like you should be running race gas or they cut the wrong size domes.
