(basecoat-clearcoat) Yes you will want to apply 2 coats of a urethane clear once your done w/ the artwork. I hope you dont plan on airbrushing directly over the plastic... You will need to prep the plastic for paint and then apply a ground coat (color of your choice) You then want to do your artwork over the groundcoat and then clear...
