BenBB
I made some out of 1/8" aluminum and bolted them up. A buddy found a 4' square panel of aluminum laying beside the highway somewhere, fell off a milk truck or something, made a couple things out of that. You can see them here: And here: They have held up for about a year perfectly...
Creole
I have the capability to make just about anything metal. My dad owns a metal fabricating facility. But aluminum stock cost too much for me to even deal with. I also have the hook up on powder coating but limited on colors. erbilabuc
I have seen Nac's and I have seen the James Lucky ones and none have teeth. The only ones I have found that have teeth are the Derisi ones but those are 80$. FOr that I would rather just make my own.
Cotton eyed Joe
I don't have the machinery, but I have access to it, and I get a deal on laser/plasma time since I send a lot of work through. Are they weld on only? .125 thick 1018? Do people buy a lot of these? To get a good deal I have to make around 50 or so.

.
you cant really see mine to well, but they came with 2 bolt holes in them, one that mounts to the outer hole on the footpeg, and then you drill another one, They dont have teeth on them but they do have a 1/4" tab that sticks up on the end of them that is nice to have. It helps even more from your foot sliding off, and when you put your foot up on them for around corners and stuff that tab will dig into the sole of your boot. The ultimate would be a pair that has teeth that sit up a tiny bit more than the teeth on the original pegs, that run the whole length of the footpeg, that have the extender with that tab on it. Bolt on of course....not all of us have welders at hand.
