It seems something always goes wrong- especially since I havent left Michigan with her yet this year - or even went to the sand dunes yet. I drove 57 hours to California w/ a rebuilt motor not even broken in.....I'm sure if someone breaks down, others will help out and keep you runnin....Besides, walter (mr. parts store) will be there.... Weekend of June 4th..... 2004 And I just got back in from being out in the garage all day, and I got alot accomplished. It looks like sometime this week I wil;l be firing up the S-10. (Which is needed to tow a trailer down...) Motor is in, trans. is in. Gotta hook up an exhaust, tie up a bunch of other shit, figure out fans, and Whala!!!! Then I can get to the shee. I'm officially back on Active Duty woohoo. Can't believe I'm finally an Ensign! Anyways, I'm just gonna bring my own C-12 I guess. I had to quit my part time job over the last month in order to finish up school so I'm po. I might need some help with jetting!! I just putted around on my Patriot Racing 4 mil stoker MX porting, and matched cases motor. I'm on the 1/3 RPM part of the breakin. I'm so busy in the next two weeks that I'll probably be on the last break in cycle when I get there! Does anyone have Keihin PWK jets? I think I have 148 or 150 (not sure whatever Dan told me to get) but if I need to go higher or lower I'd be willing to buy some. BTW, jetting twin PWKs sucks, how do you adjust the idle and air screw on the left carb? I used the right one to keep it idling but I don't like the idea of the two carbs being off, and I don't wanna pull the carbs eveytime I need to adjust the airscrews.
