It won't be any different than it is now, other than maybe making more power overall. It depends on the setup. If you go to a much bigger bore, you'll just have to give it that much more air, and fuel. But, back to the question, the bore size it not directly related to the top or bottom in particular. Airfilters, reeds, porting will help get air in and pipes, porting help get it out better. Boring will not get noticeable power gains.
