got the shee put back together this weekend. I had some port work done that was describe as a drag port for stock carbs. So far shee is running good. I still need to get the jetting dialed in. I is kind of difficult here because of the weather. Any way the question that i have is gearing, I noticed that when i hit 3nd gear it kind of bogs. In 2nd it only spins on asphalt. think that this is jetting or gearing. I have stock gearing currently when tested. I talked the the builder and he said to go to a 15 on the front. and mabe go from 350 to 340. What to you think?

I've taken mine out a little here and there, and I'm running a 330 with a mild port, so maybe drop to a 340 and check it out. With the stock carbs you can only put so much in to the engine anyway. I don't know why it would be bogging on you in 3rd though. 3rd gear on mine still spins on asphalt. I think I could get 4th to if I really wanted. <_<
