sredish
When I changed over to my T2 bars, I used the Tag oversize clamps and removed my key switch. I used the two wires from the key switch and wired them to the kill switch, one wire to each side, doesn't matter which, just so the circuit is broken. I now have my kill switch or the on/off switch with the light switch. I don't remember the wire colors, just use the wires and the key switch and reroute them over to the bar where you want the tether and connect them. YamahaRider103
does any one no how to make it so my pro design kill switch acts as the key and the kill switch under the lights switch. so when im riding and want to turn off the shee i can pull the kill switch, instead of using the stock on-off
sredish
wiring it like I mentioned will allow you to use the pd kill as the switch. On my bike, if I remove the tether, the bike can't be started. I also have the luxury of just reaching over and flipping the off switch so I don't have to pull the tether everytime I want to turn it off. Remember on the stock banshee, you can turn it off with the switch (under the lights) or the key. Simply connect the wires from the key switch to the wires from the kill switch, and there you go. If you don't want the switch under the lights just remove it and connect the two wires on that switch.
