Big Blue
I found both chemical locally xylene= 9.43 gal, toulene= 11.62 gal mixing one gallon of either with 4gallons of gas by my numbers would have a octane rating of about 99.0 using 93 pump gas and a cost of about $16 for a total of 5 gallons. someone else may be able to find the chemicals cheaper around them. tacoking
Why spend the time finding all these chemicals when you could but 100LL for cheaper. I went to my local community airpark/airport and got 100LL for $2.45 a gallon and thats in San Diego. Find your closest airport and see if they have airplane gas. superchicken
im sure that it is a purer form of xylene from a regular chemical company.never knew that octain boosters contained those chemicals.i use xylene on a regular basis as well as m.e.k=methl ethl ketone.very strong shit, take the paint off your car strong.
