hottrodd
Alright guys I am a fairly new banshee owner and want to know which direction I should go with my jetting for winter. Here what the shee has done FMF pipes and silencers, KN airfilter and .060 over. The previous owner said it was jetted for summer so I really have no idea which way I should go with it. Thanks for the help. Mark
fixitrod
The colder it gets, the thicker the air. You need to match that by going richer in jetting. About 1 size for every 15 deg. .... it's an estimate if you were exact on your jetting.
FORMULASPEED
maybe im wrong, but isnt it the colder the air the thinner it is, and thats why you hve to make it rich cause more air can suck through creating a lean mixture? spoin39
Actually it is more dense, more dense more air in.
BansheeBrian
More oxygen in cold air. Molecules are compressed.
