Banshee#1 is a live and well, going out sunday,Banshee #2 is waiting for a set of 34pjs and axle.I also heard this place was quad friendly????? I am looking for long distance riders---trying to go from arsarco to forkedriver. Last time out I got halfway, but others with me were running out of fuel-I have that ugly 5.6 gallon tank.Starts looking real pretty the further you go out.

Yeah Willy, thats right by my house. We rode there 3-4 times a week last spring summer and fall. We pretty much rode every day I was off. Pretty good place, not as good as Sarco, but still pretty good. Its not Georges Reas11, thats off of 74. Let us get done with the wrestling season and the warmer weather to come and I'll show you around. Lemme know when you get that Passion motor in, I am very interested to see how it runs. The Red Banshee is now the boys since I just bought Steves, and I have to do the top end this late winter or early spring and maybe get it ported for him.

Later,

Exit 63= http://www.njorvp.org/

There are trails which span Morris and Essex? counties in the swamps between rt. 287 and rt. 280 (still learning all of them, it goes for miles). There's also riding next to the NJTPK near Carteret. All "free", but are Green Acres, so keep your eyes open. You can also ride on the rail road tracks in Morris and Warren counties too (again, miles and miles), but have to watch for Conrail. I'm picking up a trailer to hit the Deleware State Forest trails over the NJ border into PA off rt. 80. You need to have your quad registered and insured though.

I have been to the exit 63 spot a couple of times. Its basically a sand pit, but its not that big and they have signs up that say no ATV riding so you have to find a safe place to park out of site of any main roads. Me and my buddies usualy drive and park back in the woods and ride our bikes into the pit in case someone comes we can get out of there without being caught, there is a lot poeple who be out there. But this area is nothing special at all. Also it's not Forked River, its considered chatsworth.

Bigwill,

You know Doc knows the trail systems. We can ride from your house to Chatsworth. I will be out soon. Get bikes running real good and we will travel far south!!

If you get off at exit 63 its manahawkin and it dumps you onto rt 72 if you take rt 72 west for about 15 mins you'll be at chatsworth off road park. Not a bad place but you have to pay to ride.

wow, you went way back to find this one, anybody check the dates? Yeah, I think 63 is NJORVP by the way.

no, that is the recycling center, all is cool there, just park off to the back off the dirt roads, pick your trash up, stay away from the gun club, keep your bikes off and away from any paved road, and the cops are cool with you, I just urge you to please pick your garbage up, that is how we end up getting kick out of these places, I've lived hear all my life and watched to many of our locals spots getting shut down, I don't want another one too.........

happy riding
