fixitrod
Someone else posted it in another forum. I don't remember which or who. Someone else built the web page. I just thought it deserved to be posted here. Here it is. http://www.roostingthedunes.com/clutch_perch_mod.htm

spoin39
I used the OEM perch and lever off my 02 YZ 250. It works and looks great, plus has the easy adjust that only requires a touch to adjust.

mrmatt
Evil, I remembered your post on the easy pull modification. I went looking for it yesterday but I couldn't find it either. I guess you must have posted it before the site changed over.

Stuff
Someone else posted it in another forum. I don't remember which or who. Someone else built the web page. I just thought it deserved to be posted here. Here it is. http://www.roostingthedunes.com/clutch_perch_mod.htm I went to link and read about the mod....seems easy. When you cut out the e-brake portion of the perch, where do get that piece that goes in place of e-brake (I think it is white in the link's pics)? You make it yourself? Maybe I mis-read or a little confused Already took the cable off, e-brake never seemed to work that good even with all the adjusting. fixitrod
Almost any shop has them. It's an e-brake block off. You can get them for $10.
Stuff
Ahhhh, thanks for the info fixitrod. So, is the plate that goes in place of the e-brake on the rear caliper also called an 'e-brake block off'?
Bigairee
The white in the picture is just bare metal after the cut
fixitrod
Ahhhh, thanks for the info fixitrod. So, is the plate that goes in place of the e-brake on the rear caliper also called an 'e-brake block off'? Like Bigaree said. You keep the same meterial up front. What you are seeing is the perch after all the ebrake stuff has been cut off. Actually, the one on the caliper is what I was talking about. Sorry, I wasn't reading close enough.
