I mostley ride dunes and i will ride some mx so i will be getting shocks, a-arms, axle, swingarm, and mx tires. But dues are my favorite and i love a smooth ride. And i already have a k&n air filter. Need help quick thanks

spoin39
A stroker kit and a set of pipes would be around $2000, or you can skip the stroker and just get porting, and head mod to go with pipes.
locogato11283
just remember with all that power you need your quad to be stable. i would recommend some a-arms, swingarm and some shocks. a-arms will prolly run u around 600 or so, 800 for swingarm and shocks can really run u a lot. keep that in mind before you do anything. check around, get prices. think about what you really wanna do first and then let us know. right now its just a guessing game. TheNewGuy
a little bit of throttle and some weight on the rear end w/ some pull on the handlebars will make a stock shee wheelie...are you just looking for uncontrolable power cuz im pretty sure some guys could think of some combinations for your motor for $2000.... Banshee crazy kid
Try a 10mm or 12mm stroker kit that should make ur shee real fast!! Also buy some taller gearing Wheelie: I have heard alot of ppl saying that the -2 swingarm is a real good investment if u like to trail ride,do wheelies, and have lotz of traction. But If u dont want explosive power and mostley trail ride try a 4mm stroker kit,pipes,-2 swingarm, and dirt tires(not stock they suck ballz) that might be a good setup for you budget maybe u will only spend like 2G's if u try that setup..I am guessing u like to dun thoe since u said u have paddles so this whole post might not even help u. race450
Yeah i love dunes. Well where would be the best place to send my motor for the performance. What would be the bast kit? I want to be able to get at least get 60 horse-power for under $6000.00. Whats the website for shorty's racing?
fixitrod
60hp for less than 6000. Damn, I bet you could get 110hp for that dough. It sounds like you want low down torque. Wheelies and mx. At the same time you like dunes. If you play at the dunes.... low torque is great. If you want to drag at the dunes... ie.. you want cpi out of frame pipes, you'll need two bansee's or a banshee for drags and dunes and a 400ex for mx and dunes.. lol. stu
if you want any work done on your engine, speak to Dan aka Backcountry on these forums or Martin Saint. i think those two people are the best people to speak to about banshee motors! stu
race450
shit i meant 2000 and i need a frame to build my dessert racer banshee. no mx. im going to have a dune/dragger.

U could get pipes and a 4mm stroker kit u could prolly pull 60-75hp maybe even 80hp but 6 thousand u can make a 120hp shee like said above..First thing i would do is make the shee lighter and maybe wider then get some good shocks like elka triplerate with rezzies (fully adjustable) But there have been a couple of ppl on the HQ who have put the YFZ450 front shocks on a banshee and really like the change. New suspension makes a big difference u might even notice u go a lil faster....I would say buy a play in the yard banshee and a play in the sand/drag banshee......But when u have about 80-100hp it's kinda hard to keep the front end on the ground. I recomend u gradually make ur shee faster becuase if u throw everything in at once u will either be scared of it or once u get used to it u will not be impressed. Take ur time u might need the money for somthing else that is very important............Back to the modz i like rdz they have pretty sweet parts but a couple ppl here dont recomend them,i havent even contacted or bought anything from them so i have no expeirience for $550-600 with shipping u got urself 90+hp try throwing $600 into a 30hp 4 stroke and tell me what u get <_<Thats why all these new atvs suck..damn 4 strokes, but i will have a 450r soon so i should just shut up also a stage four port job is 105hp Level 4 port Then throw in a stroker kit12mm $1500-2000,K&N filter, and an override trannytranny That should be fast enough I dont recomend RDZ cuz some ppl didnt recomend them to me so dont go buying stuff right away. Im kinda tired i gotta sleep it's 12:40AM!!
