dlnoss
Yes, brake line holders (I didn't know what size a-arms you had) and a blockoff plate. I forgot the return tag. I quadruple checked the fit. -David

I don't know about 'forget' but hopefully forgive. I hate it when stuff doesn't work right, particularly on a riding trip. You could have been a jerk about this, understandably, but you weren't. I appreciate that. -David

Definately forgave ya for that. Do you still want the bottem piece of the head and the old domes back then? If not the bad dome will make a great paper weight, right next to my piston paper weights lol Thanks again dave! I know who im going to buy my K&N adapter plate from now (I'm using the stock modded one trick)
dlnoss
Keep it for a paperweight. Your pictures showed what was wrong with it. Let me know how it runs with good domes when you get it back together. Thanks
Justintoxicated
Sure will I really gotta get moving on the cylinders now, I did not expect the new domes to get here this fast! the only minor thing thats off is the new bottem piece is annodized a little darker than the top and a couple tiney tiny dings on the side (maybe from shipping). (the Middle plate is the new one) A little mroe difference in color IRL, but nothing that bad.
dlnoss
The anodizing shades do vary some from batch to batch and the way they clamp them during the process leaves some marks. I try to get them to clamp them in areas not visible but they don't always do it that way.
Justintoxicated
No worries, The metalcast red cylinders probably won't match perfectly anyways....If I ever finish sanding!
.
I think it looks cook being a shade off like that. I've finally got most the pieces for my white plastic that I'm gonna be putting all my stickers on. I think I still have the stickers from when I got my head, if not I'll have to get some new ones off you. Now all I need is a white radiator shroud and maybe a silver seat. Meat
Iv been running a noss head for about 3 years now. I gots a red one like justin's. quick story, when I first bought my head I could not get the biggest O-ring to sit in the groove. Grease didnt help, there was just no way in hell that O-ring was going seat in that groove. A few emails with David and some measureing we found the groove was cut too shallow. david hooked me up with new and iv never had a problem since. Ever since that first experience with Noss, iv been telling everyone I know about his heads and the FANTASTIC customer service that comes with em. David, you keep up that great customer support, its definitely appreciated. BTW, I gots me a couple of yellow and black Noss stickers !!!! love em, thanks. PlaynSand
Hey guys here's an idea. David probably has a top peice to a head anodized red and he gave the bottom to Justintoxicated . What do you guys think of adding a polished bottom section under the top red anodized piece ? I think it would looked great. What do you think about it David? dlnoss
An un-anodized base piece might look cool with a red-anodized top piece and cylinders.
