Klotz Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 i just ordered toomey t5 pipes form JL atv products and i have a couple questions...does the plain finish look good...and also every toomey silencer is chrome right...even if the pipe is steel finish..and there is the pipe and the silencer and the long straight part is that connected to the silencer..i just never installed 2-stroke exhaust before only lost a 4-strokes..so answer and tell me as much as ytou can thanks shane Quote
spoin39 Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 The steel finish in my opinion looks cheap, there is a right and left silencer and stinger (tube from silencer to pipe). They are marked so just put a little high temp silicone on them and screw together. Or if you have some gasket material you can make one instead of silicone. Quote
