ANyone that deals with Wiseco pistons should be able to help you out...
ruff_rida69
hes says that the bore size of the cylinders are 75.00mm, which i e-mailed him about it just to make sure he didn't make a typing mistake, but he hasn't repleyed yet, I think he ment to type 65.00mm instead of 75.00mm. Thanks, Jonathan
boonman
Ohhhhhhhh. In your fist post you have .75mm not 75mm. BIG difference!!!! lmao!!

Thanks, Jonathan I would find out befor eyou buy....65mm and 75mm is alot of difference. You can fit a 75mm but the transfers would be small as hell....... Nighty
I have a banshee prox piston and it wont even slide in the rz cilinder.. go figure. the prox piston is .30. the rz is compleetly stock.
Nighty
so simply said the rz cilinder is not bigger then a banshee cilinder. + The wiseco piston catalogue lists rd/rz 350 and banshee with the same pistons.
boonman
The RZ and banshee bore sizes are the same. Also, Ruff, I know what auction you are talking about. 'Tis right HERE And they are just bored .030" from his writeup.
Aussie Quad Racer
there is no way in hell you will get rz cylinders to 75mm!!! The powervalve setup just wont allow it let alone the cylinders themselves
ruff_rida69
yea boonman thats the set-up im lookin at, if i can get the money in a week, but I think its just bored .30 over like you said, so hopfully i can come up with the money in a couple days and I'll have a rz-shee! Thanks everyone for all your repleys. Thanks, Jonathan
Meat
He says right in the auction descriptoin Cylinders are currently at .75mm (.060") and could probably use a bore job. Never been ported. Check out this link..... http://www.thebansheezone.com/Bansheezone/CylinderChart.htm
ruff_rida69
well he changed the auction info after he e-mailed me this about the cylinders, The cylinders are currently .75mm over (.060") making the bore size 64.75mm. and this is what he said when i asked him if the rz stator and flywheel came with the kit, The Banshee stator and flywheel are identical to those of the RZ He's not too smart if you ask me, but I'll probey buy it any way because I've been wanting to do an rz conversion for a long time, Thanks for all the help, Jonathan
Aussie Quad Racer
.75mm and 0.060 are different measurments. Better get him to decide which one it is. The stator and flywheels are different from banshee to rz.
