evil Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 So Lonestar is just at it for the money you're saying? Just a question but lets say I was in the market for new a-arms, if Lonestar doesnt offer a warranty and others like Janssen do: then why should I pick Lonestar? because lonestar has the "name" is been out there for so long and is well known in the atv industry. janssen's been around, but not as nearly as long. if i knew what i did now about lonestars crappy customer service and screw you attitude i would of spent my money elsewear. i figured i was paying 799.00 for a set of race arms to race mx, they would at least have my back if i messed them up, damn i was wrong. but i know if i had quicksands or janssens id have a hope that they would help me out and get me back on the track. its basically all in the name. why else would brand ls. sell arms for double the price of brand x, and still sell more then them ? side note: i would not do business with ls again. they have a nice product but there customer service pissed me off to the point where i wouldnt go back, think they would call to make good ? i know quicksand and janssen would.
