boonman
Holy good God batman. You aren't supposed to be connecting the pipes to the head!!!! man, that's the problem right there.....

blk02banshee
is the pipe going on straight? if it's a little crooked, it can leak. I bought pro circuits used and had to tweak them slightly to make them fit properly. Never leaked.
NYUK
rearange the pipes so they mate up flush with the exhaust port of the jugs. if your pipe springs aren`t holding them tight to the cylinder cut the springs a little shorter and bend the end so it tightens up the pipe to the cylinder.i double my pipe springs up. 2004LEBanshee
When I installed my pipes I used a bunch of high temp silicone and they don't leak yet not sure if it helped but might be worth a shot.
Yamaha350T
Ya definitely put some high temp silicone on em. I used that on my pipes too and they havent leaked yet at all. Just clean the blackness out of where the pipe meets the flange,,and clean the flange, then just load up the flange and the pipe. You can also put it in your pipe clamps, especially if you have the "no leaks", because they definitely do leak as soon as the o rings wear out. spoin39
I would check the exhaust flange to be sure there isn't a nick or scrape on it to prevent from leaking.
