Jetting help

Hi Guys. Need some help with jetting.

 

I’m writing from walvis bay, Namibia (from the sand dunes of the namib desert in Africa lol). We are -1 below sea level.

 

I have a 2006 shee (Stock bore and stroke, no porting) that I have recently installed a chariot cool head on with 20 cc domes and advanced timing +4 deg. Other mods are fmf pipes and k&n style filter with drilled airbox. I have done a compression test and am at 155 psi per cylinder, running 95octane gas. Just did a wot plug chop (approx 400 meters in 6 gear, and shut off the machine with clutch in) and not sure what I am reading.

 

Don’t want to blow up my machine. Here are some photos of the chop. Am I detonating or just lean?? Running 350 mains, needles at 3rd clip and 30 pilots 1.5 turns out

 

Pipes were hot as hell.
