Ross Dooney
My banshee always ran at around 80-90 degrees Celsius I have a temp sensor the last night I was out in the snow it was running at 90-110 and was constantly getting hot so I resorted to cooling it with snow up on the exhaust every time also the throttle was sticking wide open a lot where I would have to clutch and blip the throttle for this to stop I’m not really sure what the problem would be coolant level ok haven’t checked the water pump as sometimes I could get 25 mins without needing to cool and sometimes 5 mins which was too inconsistent in my opinion I have vforce4’s carbs have 300 main jet 30 pilot jet red needle on middle clip recently did tors delete have rode it two times since where throttle was ok has anyone else experiecned this ? 375hp banshees
Might want to check for air leaks. Blipping the throttle usually wont fix that, but hanging throttle & running hot could be caused from a new air leak, from recent work?
