spoin39
I use wenol to soften it up and use my fingernail to get the bigger pieces off so it doesn't hurt the chrome.
efward
I leave a little bit of my riding pants on my pipes each trip. I haven't tried the above recommendations, but I'll give it a shot.

00BANSHEE
I have had great results with a wet SOS pad. Don't get crazy with it, just work it alittle at a time and the chrome shines right up.
ledofthezep
My riding boots rubbed up on my PC's & there's black plastic shit burnt on there good. I figure I'm just going to leave it,...more worried about how it rides/runs than its looks. AND I don't want to have to do that crap all the time. Perhaps when they get really bad I'll just ceramic coat the headers & call it good.
