NJ350
I need some advice! I build a ported stock bore 4 mil and ran well. I decided I want more and want to go to a 421. I’m undecided if I go with a Redline ported serval kit or cheetah cub kit? I never rode either. I have other quads to trail ride so basically this quad only comes out when I’m racing my buddies up and down grass fields upstate. I kinda like the idea of the serval that have power in the bottom end too but I also don’t want to loose any races. Which way do I go? NJ350
Also I have t5 and plan on changing to snipers or shearer if needed. I think I want to run race gas too.
Tedder
Can't have it all... You need to decide if you want an all out drag setup or not. My son has a very good running 4 and 10 mil ported Serval and I a 4 and 10mil ported cub so I'm familiar with both. From what your post says I'd lean towards the Serval for sure. Redline's an HQ Sponsor and a good choice. Cam will have some good input for you and I'd follow his lead on pipe selection.
gusto
If your strictly drag racing cub for sure. Riding with occasional racing for sure serval. Servals run best with cpi shearers and snipers it seems as far as max power goes.
