Stripping Da Shee?!

Doin' a complete tear-down/rebuild on mine right now. I do both pics and small lunch bags to keep parts for different assemblies together. Makes it easy to repaint/polish/plate specific components as well. Since I do it this way, I can build sub-assemblies while I wait for parts, platers, powdercoaters and I don't have to dig through a big box or bucket of parts in doing so.

Here's what my afternoon of disassembly looked like when I was done:

Shelf o' parts

Everything but the swingarm, frame, engine and control/electrical is on that shelf, labeled and ready to be rebuilt. Notice each bag is clearly labeled as to it's contents. I also tag each end of each electrical connection to make sure it goes back together properly the 1st time.

If you can't remember how things go back together, go buy a manual and save some headaches.
